The world is changing fast – and it is not waiting for us in Europe. The clock of reform is ticking at 5 to 12. If we as young people want Europe to play any role in the future, it is now time to move forward.
In March 2007 young concerned Europeans from all over Europe take the opportunity of the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome to point at the need of a great step forward. Europe needs a Constitution with ambitious institutional reforms.
